About this Position

We’re hiring a Mid-level ReactJs/NextJs Developer to build modern, dynamic frontend interfaces. You'll work on user dashboards, web apps, and tools — collaborating with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to ship features users love. This is a great role for a developer who understands React deeply and wants to grow with a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop components and views using ReactJs/NextJs (Hooks, functional components, etc.)
• Manage application state (Redux, Zustand, or Context API).
• Integrate REST APIs and handle dynamic UI logic.
• Understand the concept of SSR and how to implement them.
• Optimize for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.
• Collaborate with design and backend teams to deliver product features.
• Provide mentorship and technical support to junior developers when needed.
• Troubleshoot and optimize backend performance
• Participate in daily stand-ups, peer code reviews, and sprint retrospectives.

Skill/Personality Requirements

You are a good fit for this position if you have:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Possess 3+ years experience in ReactJs/NextJs.
• Understand SSR, hooks, component lifecycles, and modern state tools.
• Can reference a real-world product or team you’ve worked with.
• Are skilled in HTML, CSS/SASS, and performance debugging.
• Enjoy collaborating and taking ownership of frontend quality.
• Possess a great culture of integrity, communication, and team-work.
• Write organized, reusable, well-documented code.
